Google Drive sync belongs to your liveworkspace account, so it is the same in liveplanner and every other liveworkspace app, and one connection covers them all. When you are signed in, each of your plans becomes a .liveplanner file in a liveworkspace folder in your Drive, in folders that match yours. Renames, moves and deletions sync both ways, and it keeps up on liveworkspace's servers whether or not liveplanner is open.
To connect, open Settings, choose Account, and find Google Drive under Cloud Sync. In the Explorer, a small cloud by each plan's Updated time says whether it is synced.

Only your own work is synced: plans in a team, plans shared with you and plans kept only in this browser stay out of Drive.
